Getting Started

As soon as you complete your subscription payment for the first time, you will receive a welcome email from CAREMYWP. Your order details will be in the email with a button 'Submit site info'. Clicking on the button will lead you to a form where we will ask to enter your website details which needs to be connected with the purchased subscription.

We understand that sharing confidential login details or FTP details shouldn't be shared in a simple online form. This is why we encourage our subscribers to use WP official safe sharing tool available here This will keep your details a secret and it stills reach our team.

As soon as you submit your website's details using our 'Submit site info' form, one of our WordPress expert will be assigned to your website. They will take a Full backup of your website before starting other processes like Performance Check, Security Check, updates to WordPress core, plugins.

Our 'Plus' & 'Pro' plans allows website owners to send website edit tasks to our team like adding a new page, change in menu or theme setting. After you submit the site info form, you will receive an email with the login credentials for the support desk. You can start sending tasks using your Support Desk account.

Billing

The answer to this question is yes. You can change your plans later on. You can do this by submitting a request here

Yes, you can always generate your invoice from a link provided in the 'Welcome' email. Our billing partner LemonSqueezy will provide you with a taxable invoice.

Sorry No. Since our work starts just after your subscribe to one of our care plan which is why providing a demo before the purchase is not possible for us.

The answer to this question is YES we do. If you have more than 10 websites for which you need the maintenance services then please get in touch with our sales team here

Yes, we offer yearly subscription only and the amount will be charged every year until you decide to cancel your subscription.

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of subscribing to one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with our service for any reason during this period, we’ll give you back 100% of the money you gave us. If following the 14 days you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time. Since we offer annual subscription and you wish to cancel, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining months of your subscription.

Our plans works as one subscription for one website. Sub domains are also considered as new website. If you have multiple websites then consider subscribing to multiple plans for each website.

Yes, we do support WP multisite(upto 5 sub sites). If you have more than 5 sub sites in your setup then consider subscribing to another plan for the next 5 subsites.

Support

Default themes in your website whether active or not will be updated as soon as any update is available. However, for premium themes bought from some marketplace like Envato will be updated only if you have activated it or provide new release to your website manager.

Website edits includes: new page, new post(custom posts) addition, changes in theme customize/options(as available in your active theme), changes in the menu(active on your website), any styling issue.

Website edits doesn't includes: New plugin or theme development, new functionality development, any style change which is not part of your theme, new PSD to WordPress conversion.

New page/post addition will be done only if you provide a formatted content file in major formats like .docx, .pdf etc.

Yes, you may change the theme at a later stage. We can help you install the new theme(if provided). Please be notes that new theme with current content can break few things on the website front. Any support you need on the theme part must go through your theme provider.

We always recommend you to open a support ticket with your website manager for any new plugin you would like to install. Team will install it first on the staging website to make sure it doesn't break the website, later staging website will be pushed for the live website.

Just open a support ticket and out team will work with the fix as soon as possible.

All the websites managed by us remains clean always since we keep on checking for security and performance. But if you are not yet subscribed to one of our WordPress website maintenance plan but have a hacked website then we encourage you to subscribe to one of the plan first to get it cleaned and keep it clean always.

We do not provide a one time site cleaning service.
